You Can Return Products If:
  • ✓ Within 7 Days of receiving your order
  • ✓ Unopened and Sealed in original packaging
  • ✓ All labels and seals are intact and undamaged
  • ✓ Proof of purchase is provided (order number, receipt, or invoice)
  • ✓ Wrong item received due to our error
  • ✓ Damaged or defective product upon arrival

Non-Returnable Items:

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. ✗ Opened or partially used supplement bottles
  2. ✗ Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  3. ✗ Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  4. ✗ Products purchased during special promotional offers
  5. ✗ Orders placed more than 7 days ago

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide Required Information

When contacting us, please have the following ready:

  • Order number
  • Delivery date
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos showing:
  • Product packaging (sealed/unopened)
  • Any damage or defect
  • Order invoice

Step 3: Await Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product.

Step 4: Ship the Product Back

Important:

  • Use a reliable courier service with tracking
  • Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is confirmed
  • Include the original invoice in the return package
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to our error)

Refund Process

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. Inspection: 2-3 business days
  2. Approval: You’ll be notified via WhatsApp/Email
  3. Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval

Total Timeline: Typically 7-12 business days from when we receive your return.

Refund Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfer to your provided account details
  • Online Payment Orders: Refund to the original payment method
  • Bank Transfer Orders: Refund to the same account

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

Bank Details Required:

For COD orders, you’ll need to provide:

  • Account holder name
  • Bank name
  • Account number / IBAN

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Do not open the package if you notice damage
  2. Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide photos/videos showing the damage
  4. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • We’ll arrange a free exchange or full refund
  • We cover all return and reshipping costs

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different quantity:

  1. Return your unopened product for a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If Your Order Shows “Delivered” But You Haven’t Received It:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation
  • We’ll initiate a trace with our courier partner
  • Provide any additional details that may help locate the package

If Delivery Failed Due to Incorrect Address:

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts can be reshipped
  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

⚠️ Health & Safety: Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened supplement bottles cannot be accepted for return, even if partially used

⚠️ Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

⚠️ Lost Returns: ClearGlow.pk is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. Always use a trackable courier service

⚠️ Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting return conditions may be rejected

⚠️ Promotional Items: Products purchased during special promotions or combo offers may have different return conditions
