Step 4: Ship the Product Back

Important:
- Use a reliable courier service with tracking
- Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is confirmed
- Include the original invoice in the return package
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to our error)
Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Approval: You’ll be notified via WhatsApp/Email
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
Total Timeline: Typically 7-12 business days from when we receive your return.
Refund Methods:
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfer to your provided account details
- Online Payment Orders: Refund to the original payment method
- Bank Transfer Orders: Refund to the same account
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

For COD orders, you’ll need to provide:

- Bank name

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not open the package if you notice damage
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos showing the damage
- We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product:

- We cover all return and reshipping costs
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different quantity:
- Return your unopened product for a refund
- Place a new order for your preferred item
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If Your Order Shows “Delivered” But You Haven’t Received It:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation
- We’ll initiate a trace with our courier partner

If Delivery Failed Due to Incorrect Address:
- Packages returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts can be reshipped
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
